So today was my first day back to Weight Watchers after almost a month of not being there...
Not good.
But, I feel better going to the meeting and getting back on track.
I also went to the gym yesterday. Twice. I did weights in the morning and then went back with Ed in the afternoon and did cardio. I think that I am going to hire a personal trainer to get me a weight program together and then meet with him/her every six weeks to see how it's going.
My 5% goal is 12 pounds.
I'll let you know how it goes...
