I suck people. I completely lost it this week. Here are the bad statistics...
No journaling
Didn't weigh in at Weight Watchers
Went out with my friends on Friday, ate too much, drank too much
Lost it for the rest of the weekend.
No excuses. I screwed up.
Promise to do better this week...

You'll do better. I think we all have those weeks, or months as it were. ;) The first step is always admitting you suck. Strive for less suckage next week, you'll do fine.
